The company was founded by Ben Rogatski, a qualified carpenter with practical experience across virtually all areas of construction. Highly-organised and detail-oriented, he manages budgets, timeframes and liaises with all contractors involved in your project. While Ben is heavily involved in project management, he is still very much hands-on – you’ll find him onsite alongside the rest of the team, lending his industry knowledge to every project we work on.

When you first contact OnForm Builders you’ll deal with business owner Ben Rogastski. And you’ll continue to deal with Ben every step of the way. We won’t set up your job and then leave it to juniors or apprentices to execute, as many construction companies do. Instead, you’ll find Ben and his senior team onsite, getting their hands dirty and handling every aspect of your project.
